Registration and login of users to the platform website, use of the personal profile, order placement, and other services provided by the platform imply awareness of the terms and conditions, the manner of using the services, and acceptance thereof.

Introduction:
Iran Technology Marketplace, for the first time in the country, has undertaken the display and sale of products of knowledge-based and technology companies in order to establish communication between buyers and technology companies. The platform's areas of activity include biotechnology, food products, medical equipment, machinery, pharmaceuticals and technologies in the field of diagnosis and treatment, advanced materials and products of chemical technologies, electrical and electronic hardware, laser, photonics, information and communication technology, computer software, cultural industries, creative industries, humanities and social sciences.

Definitions:
User: Refers to any natural or legal person who uses the services provided by Timcheh Technology through their user account.
Seller: Refers to technology companies based in the country's science and technology parks that have publicly offered their products for sale through Timcheh Technology.

General Rules:
All rules, regulations, principles, and procedures of Timcheh Technology are in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Act, the Computer Crimes Act, and the Consumer Protection Act. Obviously, the user is also obliged to comply with the rules related to the user. If any changes are made in the future to the stated terms and conditions, the manner of using the platform, or the platform's procedures and services, they will be published and updated on this same page, and the user's use of the platform's services signifies acceptance of and commitment to the latest version of the existing rules.
In the event of any violation of the regulations by any user, or any disruption or problem in the website's performance, or harm to the rights of others, based on the order of the judicial or competent legal authorities, or at its own discretion, Timcheh Technology may restrict, prohibit, suspend, or block that person's use of the services or user account. The potential consequences of violations shall be the responsibility of the user.

Seller Obligations:
1. The products offered on Timcheh Technology are products manufactured by knowledge-based technology companies based in science and technology parks, and both the companies and their products have been approved by the relevant science and technology park.
2. The seller is obliged to accurately post information regarding the quality and nature of their products on Timcheh Technology for the customer's review.
3. The seller is obliged to deliver the products ordered by the customer to the buyer according to the specifications uploaded to the platform.
4. The seller undertakes to declare on the platform whether the product is covered by a warranty.
5. The seller is obliged to deliver their products to the buyer in terms of quality and content, exactly in accordance with the specifications and features they have posted on the platform for the customer's review.
6. The seller is obliged to offer their products on Timcheh Technology at the lowest possible price. Since the seller is required to update product prices, they cannot claim ignorance of market conditions, raw material prices, etc. The consequences of this negligence shall be the responsibility of the seller. It should be noted that the price and quality of products are under the supervision of the relevant science and technology park of that company.
7. The seller undertakes not to sell the goods offered in the contract at a lower price elsewhere. Otherwise, the seller will be obliged to return the price difference to the buyer.
8. The seller undertakes to send the product images along with the goods to the customer at the same time as the warehouse receipt.
9. The seller undertakes to begin the preparation and shipping process on the first working day after order confirmation.
10. In the event of any discrepancy during the preparation process, this issue will be communicated via SMS notifications on the platform to the customer's mobile number.
11. Regarding custom orders, the seller undertakes to accept a 25% decrease or increase in the order volume subject to the contract at the buyer's request, proceed with its manufacturing and delivery, and the contract amount shall be adjusted accordingly.
Note: This article applies only to ready-to-supply products. Products whose manufacturing has been ordered by the customer are exempt from this article.
12. The seller undertakes to package the product and its accessories in a standard manner specific to each product. Damages resulting from non-standard packaging shall be the responsibility of the seller.
13. In order to deliver the goods to the customer, the seller undertakes to entrust the goods for transportation to a shipping company approved by the platform.
14. The seller undertakes that if, after delivery of the goods, any defect arising from production/shipping of the goods subject to the contract is observed, they shall take action to resolve it in a manner that satisfies the buyers. Obviously, if a defect is reported by the buyer on the platform within the necessary time frame specific to each product from the delivery date, the seller is obliged to review and resolve the defect of the returned goods within a maximum of two weeks and at most three weeks.
15. The seller is obliged to provide the necessary training to the buyer regarding products that require training for setup and optimal use.
16. The seller undertakes to guarantee the supply of spare parts and after-sales services for the goods subject to the order, according to the appendix specific to the ordered product. The cost of these measures before the end of the warranty period shall be the responsibility of the seller.
17. The seller confirms that the product offered is not subject to smuggled goods regulations.
18. The seller is responsible to the buyers for all defects and faults that may occur from the production stage until delivery, and the platform shall bear no responsibility in this regard.
19. The seller is obliged to update the number of goods available in the warehouse on the website for the buyers' information.
20. If the goods are subject to value-added tax regulations, the seller is obliged to include the tax in the announced amount and take the necessary measures to fulfill their tax obligations.
21. In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the customer has the right to return the purchased product to the seller within 7 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions as specified by law, and the seller is obliged to accept it. (This clause does not apply to all sellers and is only for sellers who have accepted it.)

Platform Obligations:
1. Timcheh Technology undertakes to protect the information of individuals that they have entered into the platform both at the time of creating their user account and while using the platform.
2. Timcheh Technology undertakes to send an SMS to the customer upon finalization of their order, containing a confirmation of the order and a link to track the preparation, shipping, and delivery process.
3. In order to maintain privacy, Timcheh Technology undertakes to comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and monetary and banking regulations.

Buyer Obligations:
1. To use the services and products of the platform, the buyer must first register and create a user account in accordance with the platform's regulations. Each customer's user account includes their first and last name, national ID number, exact date of birth, and other information that must match the information in their identity documents. In case of non-compliance, sellers shall bear no responsibility for providing services to this group of customers. In addition to this information, the buyer is obliged to correctly and completely enter their contact information, including their exact address, postal code, email, and phone number, along with their mobile number and landline number at the time of creating the account. Obviously, all responsibilities arising from the failure to enter correct and complete information lie with the user.
2. The buyer is obliged to promptly correct any changes in their declared information on the platform website; otherwise, the platform shall bear no responsibility for consequences arising from the failure to update the existing information.
3. In order to prevent possible abuses, such as preventing purchases with stolen cards and similar cases, buyers are obliged, at the time of placing an order, to provide a photo of their own national ID card and to make the purchase using their own bank card.
4. If the payment method is cash, the order will not be finalized and no obligation will be created for the platform and the seller until the buyer has deposited the full amount into the platform's account at the time of placing the order.
5. If the payment method is installments, the buyer undertakes to pay the installments at the due dates specified in the contract.
6. If the purchase is in the form of a custom order and the payment method is phased, the buyer is obliged to pay the amount for each phase at the specified time in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract specific to that order. Otherwise, the enforcement guarantee provided for in the same contract shall apply.
7. The cost of shipping the goods, transportation, and shipping insurance shall be borne by the buyer, and by mutual agreement of the parties in this contract, it shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
8. If there is an apparent defect in the goods themselves, the buyer is obliged to refrain from accepting the product. Obviously, damages resulting from failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance of the purchased product shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
9. The responsibility for using and protecting the username and password lies with the user, and any receipt of services and support orders is carried out through that username and password. The user is responsible for any use of their user account, even by an independent person, and for any potential damages arising from non-compliance with the platform's regulations, the user can use the registered information for legal follow-up.
10. Individuals under 18 years of age must make purchases with the knowledge of their parents or legal guardian.

The platform does not endorse any internet correspondence, calls, or messages other than the official and valid addresses mentioned.
