My Orders

In this section, you can view, track, and manage all your orders. You can track every stage of the process on this page, from the moment the order is placed until final delivery.
Order Statuses

    Awaiting Payment: The order has been placed, but payment has not yet been made. Please pay the order amount to complete your purchase.
    Processing: Payment has been received, and the seller is preparing your order.
    Ready to Ship: The order has been packed and is awaiting handover to the postal service or courier (e.g., Tipax).
    Shipped: The item has been handed over to the postal service or courier and has a tracking number.
    Delivered: The item has reached you.
    Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
    Returned: The item has been returned.

Order Tracking

    Log in to your account.
    Go to the "My Orders" section.
    Select the relevant order.
    View the order status and details.
    If the order has been shipped, enter the tracking code on the Post or Tipax website.

Order Details

The following information is available for each order:

    Order Number: Your unique order code
    Order Date: Date and time the order was placed
    Products: List of ordered products
    Total Amount: Sum of product costs and shipping fees
    Payment Status: Paid or pending payment
    Shipping Method: Postal service, Tipax, courier, or dedicated delivery
    Delivery Address: Address registered for this order
    Tracking Code: Shipment tracking code (if shipped)
